We present the DW Coffee House App Membership Program as an exclusive service to reward loyal customers. It is designed solely for individual customers to show our sincere appreciation for your consistent support.

Joining the Membership

  • WhatsApp Phone Number
  • Date of Birth Verification

Terms Details

Member Validity

Your membership remains active for 1 year (12 months) from the registration date and is eligible for renewal.

Note: Only one (1) account is permitted per individual to ensure fair rewards distribution.

Usage Restrictions

  • Balance is strictly non-refundable once topped up.
  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash currency.
  • Balaonce is non-transferable between accounts.

Account Deletion

We respect your right to control your data. You may delete your account directly through the application settings at any time, in compliance with data privacy regulations.

Warning

Deletion is permanent. All points, rewards, and remaining balance will be immediately forfeited and cannot be recovered under any circumstances.

Governing Law

These terms constitute a legal agreement governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. All disputes shall be resolved in Indonesian courts.
